The short version
A sale that didn’t take over Dan’s life
Most home sales ask a lot of the person selling. Find an agent, get the place ready, keep it show‑ready for weeks, then hope the offer that comes in actually closes. Dan wanted to be done, not to take on a project.
Alex handled the moving parts — finding the right people for each piece of the sale and bringing them in when they were needed. Dan’s job was to answer the occasional question and pick a closing date. He heard from Alex at every step along the way, so he never had to wonder what was happening with his house.
“It was a very short process. It was hands‑off.”
